House Prices, Consumer Confidence Rise

The latest S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index came out this morning, and it was generally positive. The report showed an across the board increase of .6 percent in February 2010, the first overall annual price gain in three years. The price increase was slightly less than economists expected.
